- 3 days of great racing with motorbikes and cars
- F1 and GP motorbikes back in Estoril
- Grandstand A open to the public free of charge
- Unchanged paddock ticket prices
- Limited paddock tickets
As we are ten weeks away from the start of the eagerly awaited 2023 edition of Estoril Classics, which marks the annual visit of Formula One cars and the return of Motorcycles Grand Prix machines to the Autódromo do Estoril, the tickets and timetable for the event are now available. This allows fans to plan a family weekend surrounded by machines that have made history worldwide.
It has become a tradition in the motorsport fans' calendar - at the beginning of October, the oldest permanent Portuguese circuit becomes the stage for one of the biggest classic racing events in the world, with Formula One race being the headliner.
This year, there is also the novelty of the return of motorbikes from the world's leading competitions, with The Amicale Spirit of Speed, a European-wide club committed to maintaining the great machines from the history of the two-wheeled sport.
The event, organised by Race Ready and with partners the Cascais Tourism Association and Peter Auto, has been a success throughout its history with more than 30,000 people heading to the Estoril circuit in the last edition, filling the stands and paddock.
With a list of top-quality entries, a new pilgrimage to the track located in Cascais is expected on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of October, with a flood of spectators anticipated, just like in 2021 and 2022. This surge in attendance will likely result in a quick sell-out of paddock tickets.
As is traditional, the program will be spread over three days, with practice and selected qualifying sessions taking place on Friday. Saturday will feature the first races, including the first Formula One race. The remaining races will be held on Sunday, with the top-class machines once again taking to the track.
Grand Prix motorbikes, Superbikes, and Road Racing will be showcased in all three days, enhancing a program that will also include endurance, touring cars, GT, and single-seaters dating back to the 1950s.
In order to provide all fans with the opportunity to participate in Estoril Classics, the organization has maintained the prices of paddock tickets for the 2023 edition, and stand A will continue to offer free access, as it has been the tradition since the first year.
The paddock tickets will be 20 euros on Friday and 30 euros on the remaining days, or 50 euros for the entire event, which will also grant access to the "Food & Brand Village."
This area will allow fans to socialize, have lunch or a snack, and explore various memorabilia stands. Additionally, visitors will have the chance to be in close contact with the cars and motorbikes that have marked countless eras of motorsport and engage in conversations about these machines with the drivers and team managers who take them to the tracks.
Paddock ticket holders will have the convenience of parking their vehicles in the car park at the Autódromo do Estoril, located behind grandstands A and B.
Just like in previous years, tickets can be purchased through the official Estoril Classics website, at BoL, and also in person at FNAC, Worten, El Corte Inglês, and CTT Correios. However, it's important to note that the number of tickets is limited, and in recent years, they have sold out.
With an even more comprehensive programme than its previous editions, Estoril Classics promises to be a resounding success in 2023. The organization hopes that, once again, it will be more than just racing; it will be a weekend of celebrating the passion for motorsport.
